Our conference room is designed to bridge the gap between high-level technology and creative comfort, making it the ideal hub for both local and hybrid collaboration. Available to Highwater members and the public — all bookings have a 2-hour minimum.

Capacity — Comfortably seats 12 at the main table, with a flexible maximum of 16 guests.

Hybrid Tech — Features a large 75" monitor and the Meeting Owl 3, a 360° 1080p HD camera that intelligently tracks speakers to keep remote participants fully engaged.

Creative Space — A dedicated full-wall whiteboard opposite the screen provides a massive canvas for brainstorming and strategy sessions.

Premium Perks — Every booking includes complimentary catering from The Highwater Cafe to keep your team energized and focused.

Highwater Office Suites was founded to provide a premium, yet accessible, workspace right in the heart of the Oregon Coast — a new place to work that's bright, welcoming, and built for the way people work today. We're right in Old Town Reedsport on Highway 38, above the new Highwater Cafe, and just a block from the post office.
